After taking my time abd deep research, bugging them with my 100s of questions and atleast 5 visits to their store, I was 100% convinced that this bike, their service and price was the best I could get. I test drove their floor model twice in the parking lot which was amazing. I finally purchased 2 of the F7 models for myself and my wife. We both are loving this bike and as we get used too of the torque and understanding gears and assistance, we are loving it more and more. We take them out every day even in this cold weather because these ebikes have added so much fun in our “staying home” life. The step thru design makes it so easy to get on and off riding, starting and stopping. Handle bar is also adjustable hight and we sit with a straight back so it not only releases the stress in the brain but also it feels reducing pain in my body and back. We take it every where with us because its a foldable. Remember to remove the battery to lift it, makes it easy. Comes with back rack, tool kit, pump etc and they also addes 2 saddle bags for us for buying two. Over-all I would highly recommend to buy from HKP as they also have a service center in their store and a designated technician.
